It was an accidental order for which i tried to cancel having contacted you by email at least 10 attempts without any response from either Bella or Sofie. It is now in the hands of my banking institution to obtain a refund.
What i did order was 2 x safety dog lead (orange) to attach to collar and plug into the seat belt for traveling in the car.
Only 1 arrived. That is also in process with my bank. Either complete the order and send out the other lead or refund half of the cost!!
I'm furious with this Pet Shield Company advertising themselves for customers to support their small business claiming if any support is needed for any reason, just email them! Well, they DON'T and neither do they have a mobile contact number!
I'm all for supporting Australian businesses but this experience has been very unpleasant and i certainly will not purchase from Pet Shield again!

Love the brace it fits like a glove, makes it easy to lift him one handed off the floor if needed, ( big dogs around etc…. My only suggestion would be to offer the customer the option of whether they would like a custom name (although I understand your personal reasons for not adding to your product I really wanted one so I had to get mine from another company) otherwise was very happy with product and customer service.

I love taking my 2 little fur babies travelling & they love the experience, but I wanted them to be safe as well as be legal while travelling in the car. They are both small & required a good fitting safe harness, what I bought was perfect, the anti shock lead for the car was also a brilliant buy. The harnesses & leads allow them to still be able to look out the window, which they love & feel the breeze in their fur & I feel great knowing that they are both secure, safe & legal for travelling in the back seat of the car. He has a tendency to have a cough at the best of times, so a harness instead of a collar has made a world or difference! I have a border terrier that pulls like a train. He's spot on 11 kgs so I got him the size to fit up to 11 kgs. The chest strap only just fits around him at full extension and to be honest it hasn't stopped him pulling at all. What it has stopped is him choking himself which is a big plus. Also he looks very cool in it especially as we walk a lot in the dark and the reflective piping shows up a treat.

I like this harness but think it is too big for my dog. He is 20kg but it tends to slip sideways on him even when fully tightened. He’s a short stocky 2.5 year old Beagle. Maybe just the wrong shape for him?

I bought one for my puppy and little while ago , so when my son got his pup and I was looking after him for a couple of weeks , I decided to buy one for his pup too as he had one that the pup had to put his legs through lol was crazy struggling to do that, anyway it’s a great fit so much easier to use of course , delivery was fast also.
