What if I receive my purchase and am not happy?

If you receive your purchase and are not happy simply ship it back to us and we will offer a FULL REFUND.

We believe customer satisfaction is a bit of a lost art nowadays with big businesses seeing customers as expendable, we certainly do not.

Where is Pet Shield located?

We are located in Sydney! If you read our reviews you will see that everyone LOVES our quick shipping! We can offer quick shipping because we are located in Australia and are not "drop shipping" from China :).
