Not happy with the service. Received the ball, unable to actually open it to charge it( I tried, parents trier, tried with no slip grip) tried everything & it would not budge. Noticed when received it wasnt actually screwed on evenly to begin with. Have now sent 3 emails asking for assistance and now total refund due to lack of customer service. & nothing.
